Senior Brand Partnerships Manager

As Senior Brand Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for bringing Intapp’s most important partnerships to life through high‑quality, visible, and well‑executed activation programs. This role is focused on execution, coordination, and delivery — translating partner relationships into market‑facing moments that elevate Intapp’s brand, credibility, and influence across priority industries.

You will work closely across GTM Programs, Creative, Events, Brand teams to activate partners in ways that feel intentional, premium, and aligned to Intapp’s positioning. This role is both about identifying and evaluating future partnerships that elevate Intapp, as well as executing and evolving those partnerships over time to maximize value.

What You Will Do:

Activate Strategic Partnerships

  • Own the execution of partner‑led activations that elevate Intapp’s brand and presence in the market.

  • Translate partnership objectives into tangible, high‑impact programs such as joint events, industry moments, content launches, and experiential activations.

  • Ensure partner activations are consistent with Intapp’s brand, messaging, and quality standards.

Deliver Partner‑Led Market Moments

  • Lead execution of Intapp’s participation in partner‑driven moments and ecosystem initiatives.

  • Coordinate logistics, messaging, creative assets, and partner touchpoints to deliver cohesive experiences.

  • Ensure Intapp shows up as a credible, polished, and value‑adding partner.

Partner Collaboration & Program Management

  • Serve as the day‑to‑day activation lead for assigned partners, working closely with marketing teams to ensure delivery and coordination meet the

  • Manage activation plans, timelines, deliverables, and budgets tied to partnership programs.

  • Act as a reliable execution partner who builds trust through follow‑through and attention to detail.

Cross‑Functional Execution

  • Collaborate with Events, Brand, Creative, Communications, and Product Marketing teams to deliver integrated partner activations.

  • Brief internal teams and agencies on partner requirements and activation goals.

  • Ensure smooth execution across teams and vendors.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track performance of partner activations using agreed‑upon metrics (awareness, engagement, influence, pipeline contribution where applicable).

  • Capture learnings and best practices to improve future partner programs.

  • Provide clear executional updates and post‑program readouts to stakeholders.

What You Will Need:

  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on partner marketing, activations, or ecosystem programs.

  • Proven experience building and executing partner‑led programs from planning through delivery.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience working cross‑functionally with events, brand, creative, and communications teams.

  • High attention to detail and a strong bias toward executional excellence.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
