Job Summary:
Your key objectives in this role will be twofold: helping customers discover and realize value from using our payments and broader financial services tools while accelerating revenue growth for Nextech.
As the Senior Payments GTM Operations Manager, you will identify opportunities, and design and execute strategic programs / initiatives to drive adoption and usage of Nextech's payments and broader financial services functionality.

Essential Functions
- Re-imagining the end-to-end customer journey and the underlying GTM processes, in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Experimenting with a range of actions (e.g. incentives) to drive payments adoption and usage, rapidly iterating based on results.
- Setting performance metrics for GTM efforts overall, specific programs / initiatives, and relevant cross-functional teams.
- Recommending optimizations for customer facing teams.
- Establishing close working relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Analytics.
- Relying heavily on data and qualitative insights to guide programs / initiatives from opportunity identification through to impact measurement.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and the broader competitive landscape.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Experience working with Power BI, Looker, and/or other BI tools.
- Experience working with Fintech, financial services, and scaling embedded financial services.
- Experience delivering products and services from 0-1.
- Deep understanding of payments and financial services business models, metrics, and growth strategies is highly desirable, particularly financial services for small businesses.
- Strong data-driven mindset—able to use analytics to measure impact, drive decision-making, and optimize performance.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable operational processes that enhance efficiency and ultimately drive growth.
- Passion for helping small businesses succeed through innovative financial solutions.
- A curious mind and a growth mindset. You are a scrappy learner who can quickly become an expert and build new capabilities.
- A proactive drive to solve problems. You are capable of bringing structure to ambiguous problems, corralling resources, and delivering results.
- A preference for working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. We’re growing fast and things are changing every day.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Payments GTM operations and/or strategy (preferably a mix of both).
- Stripe / Adyen experience also highly beneficial.
Working Environment/Physical Demands
- Remote work environment.
- Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 10 % travel.
- Activities require significant sitting at the office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
