About the Role: 

The People Enablement Partner (PEP) partners with leaders to design high-performing teams and strengthen leadership capability across Dragos. Reporting to the VP of Talent, this role works closely with business leaders to shape organizational design, talent strategy, and performance excellence as the company scales. 

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional HR support and play a strategic role in building resilient organizations, developing leaders, and ensuring our people systems scale with the business. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with senior leaders to support and advise on organizational effectiveness, design scalable team structures, support workforce planning, and keep people and business strategy aligned.
  • Coach and support managers with employee development, performance management, and leadership challenges in alignment with company values.
  • Lead talent reviews, performance calibration, and succession planning within supported business units. 
  • Identify organizational risks and opportunities using engagement data, performance insights, and workforce analytics. 
  • Own or co-own company-wide talent initiatives such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, leadership enablement programs, or AI-enabled leadership practices. 
  • Handle employee relations and other sensitive personnel situations to successful resolution. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience partnering with leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and talent strategy. 
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers through performance management and employee relations situations. 
  • Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence leaders and navigate complex organizational dynamics and change.
  • Experience using data or insights to identify organizational challenges and recommend solutions. 
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-growing company. 
  • Experience designing or facilitating leadership development initiatives, preferred.
  • Experience working in a growth-stage or scaling company environment, preferred.
  • Experience supporting go to market, technology, or cybersecurity organizations, preferred. 
  • Experience in leveraging AI tools to improve leadership effectiveness and organizational insights, preferred.

Compensation: 

  • Salary: $150,000
