About the Role:
The Senior People Program Manager—Onboarding & Recognition will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of CoreWeave’s onboarding experience and employee recognition programs. This role ensures new hires feel welcomed, integrated, and set up for success while also creating meaningful recognition programs that reinforce company values and foster engagement.
This role requires an expert in employee experience design, program management, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of crafting a compelling vision while also ensuring seamless execution and measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Experience
- Own and enhance CoreWeave’s global onboarding program, ensuring new hires feel connected, productive, and engaged from day one.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, IT, People Operations, HRBPs, and Business Leaders to create a structured, consistent, and scalable onboarding experience.
- Design and implement pre-boarding and new hire orientation programs, integrating both self-paced learning and live experiences.
- Continuously gather feedback from new hires, hiring managers, and People teams to iterate and improve the onboarding journey.
- Develop manager enablement resources to ensure leaders play an active role in onboarding their teams.
- Leverage technology to automate and streamline onboarding workflows, reducing friction while improving experience.
Employee Recognition Programs
- Lead the design and execution of CoreWeave’s recognition programs, ensuring employees feel valued and appreciated.
- Evaluate and implement formal and informal recognition initiatives, from peer-to-peer recognition to leadership-driven awards.
- Partner with People Analytics to measure the impact of recognition programs, tracking engagement, adoption, and effectiveness.
- Align recognition initiatives with CoreWeave’s values and cultural pillars, reinforcing the behaviors that drive business success.
- Explore innovative ways to integrate recognition into CoreWeave’s people programs, including performance management and engagement.
- Program Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with HRBPs, Internal Communications, and Learning & Development to align onboarding and recognition with broader People Team initiatives.
- Develop communications and branding strategies to ensure employees and managers are aware of and engaged with onboarding and recognition programs.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology platforms that support onboarding and recognition efforts.
- Track and report on program success, using data to tell a compelling story and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of related experience in HR, with at least three focusing on onboarding and employee experience.
- Deep expertise in onboarding design and recognition strategy, with a passion for creating high-impact employee experiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Experience with HRIS, engagement tools, LMS, and workflow automation to streamline onboarding and recognition programs.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing employee feedback and program effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engagement campaigns.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,000-$150,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
