Type: Full-time

Overview

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will help accelerate our next stage of growth. You’ll own performance marketing for our DTC business - connecting creative, media, and data - to drive efficient customer acquisition and lifetime value. You’ll also collaborate closely with our retail and marketplace teams to ensure cohesive growth strategies across all sales channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across paid channels including, but not limited to, Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, AppLovin, CTV and other emerging platforms.
  • Scale and optimize acquisition programs with a focus on efficiency, experimentation, and sustainable growth.
  • Manage full-funnel performance - from creative testing and audience strategy to landing page optimization and conversion performance.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and large language models (LLMs) to streamline campaign ideation, creative iteration, and audience insights.
  • Explore automation opportunities in reporting, creative analysis, and A/B testing using AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Growth to set priorities, design experiments, and surface actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Lifecycle teams to build cohesive campaigns that connect brand storytelling with measurable performance.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance weekly, identifying opportunities to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Test, learn, and iterate quickly - identifying new channels, creative formats, tools, and technologies to expand our reach.
  • Operate with a startup mindset: resourceful, data-informed, and comfortable moving fast in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience managing campaigns across multiple paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google, etc.).
  • Proven experience in DTC or eCommerce marketing, ideally within a brand operating on Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Looker, or other BI and reporting tools to analyze performance and inform strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and optimize performance programs across acquisition and retention.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen - you understand CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, and how they ladder up to growth goals.
  • Deep understanding of creative testing, landing page optimization, and attribution modeling as key growth levers.
  • Experience using AI tools or LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance creative development, workflow automation, or audience insights is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, startup or growth-stage environments where agility and experimentation drive success.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for sustainability and building brands that make a positive impact.

Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodations):

  • Ability to use common office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, mouse/touchpad, etc.,
  • Ability to visually interpret images, ability to communicate with team members, and attend virtual meetings.
  • This is a primarily stationary role at a desk (seated or standing, according to preference), so must be able to sustain sitting/standing for the majority of work time.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
