The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will scale digital acquisition initiatives across various paid platforms while optimizing performance and managing budgets. Collaborating cross-functionally, this role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to achieve business growth targets.
The summary above was generated by AI
Small businesses represent 99.9% of all companies, yet they're still forced to choose between clunky, outdated enterprise phone systems or their personal phones. This multi-billion dollar market has been overlooked for decades, left to cobble together solutions that slow them down instead of helping them grow.

Quo is changing that. We bring calls, texts, and customer information together into one easy-to-use, AI-powered platform. We’re not just building a phone system. We’re setting a new standard for how businesses connect with their customers.

Driven by our values, we move fast, build with determination, and obsess over delivering value to the businesses that have been underserved for far too long.

Today, Quo is trusted by more than 90,000 companies and rated #1 in customer satisfaction on G2. We’re backed by Y Combinator, Tiger Global, Craft Ventures, Slow Ventures, and other top-tier investors. It’s safe to say we’re onto something big.
About the role

We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our paid social and video acquisition programs while helping shape Quo's broader paid acquisition strategy. You'll drive creative strategy, design AI-powered workflows, and help decide where we invest next—playing a central role in how we scale the business, with clear visibility into pipeline and revenue impact from day one.

This is a high-agency role at a company with serious momentum. We move fast, bet big on experimentation, and have a strong appetite for testing new channels and ideas. You'll run paid social and video end-to-end while influencing strategy across SEM, affiliates, and emerging growth channels.

You'll join Quo's Paid Growth team and own meaningful budget—running campaigns from audience targeting and creative testing through retargeting and conversion, partnering closely with Creative, Website, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing along the way.

If your background is primarily search, this probably isn't the right fit. If you're an experienced paid social operator with equal parts creative thinking and analytical rigor, we'd love to meet you.

Some of the things you’ll do:

  • Own paid social and YouTube strategy and execution — building, launching, and optimizing campaigns with accountability to CAC, payback, and revenue targets — while contributing to Quo's broader paid acquisition portfolio including SEM, paid affiliates, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and allocate significant paid media budgets, including pacing, forecasting, and performance analysis. Identify and unlock new opportunities to scale across platforms, audiences, and creative.
  • Build and execute structured testing roadmaps to continuously improve performance across creatives, audiences, ad formats, messaging, and hooks.
  • Be in the platforms daily — building audiences, launching experiments, making real-time optimizations across paid social and YouTube campaigns, including in-stream, Shorts, and Demand Gen formats.
  • Lead creative strategy — you bring the brief, the hypothesis, and the success criteria. Partner with Creative to continuously produce, test, and iterate on new concepts based on performance insights.
  • Contribute to measurement infrastructure — incrementality tests, attribution frameworks — and make confident investment decisions when the data is incomplete.
  • Work with Web Marketing to align on landing page strategy, message match, and post-click conversion optimization.
  • Translate performance data into clear narratives and recommendations that influence marketing and leadership decisions.
  • Use AI to build systems, not just speed up tasks — automating reporting pipelines, building optimization workflows, training agents to surface daily performance insights.

About you:

  • 8+ years of hands-on paid social experience, including significant in-house experience at a B2B SaaS company or high-growth consumer brand.
  • Deep, full-funnel, hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns across major paid social and video platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit) with significant budget responsibility.
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline impact through your own execution, not just strategy or oversight.
  • Creative-first operator: you lead with creative strategy, brief and direct creative teams, and have a systematic approach to testing — structured experiments, clear hypotheses, performance-driven iteration.
  • You've contributed to measurement infrastructure — incrementality testing, attribution modeling, value-based bidding signals — and know how to make investment decisions when the data is imperfect.
  • AI-fluent in practice, not just in theory — you use AI to build operational systems and automate workflows, not just write copy faster.
  • You operate with high agency and autonomy. You thrive in fast-moving environments where you’re expected to both execute and drive strategy, and you don't wait to be told what to do.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is as follow, plus equity and benefits:
  • SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, Boston, New York, and Washington, DC Metro: $149,000 - $175,000 USD
  • All other US Locations: $134,000 - $157,000 USD
  • Canada: $136,000 - $160,000 CAD

The ranges displayed reflect the target for new hire salaries, and within each range, individual pay is determined by your skills and experience, as well as relevant education. Your recruiter can share more and answer questions about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Salary is just one component of Quo’s total compensation package. Your total rewards package will include equity, extensive medical coverage, a monthly lifestyle stipend, and a flexible PTO policy.

Who we are

We're a remote-first company with a culture of trust, autonomy, and action. As we rapidly grow, we're intentionally building communities in a handful of hub cities while continuing to hire great talent wherever they happen to live. If you're looking for a place to do your best work, we'd love to hear from you.

And remember, there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. We're looking for optimists with grit and determination, who are excited to face the challenges of a growing startup. Quo is the type of company where you can grow, and we encourage you to apply for this role even if you don't think you meet all the requirements.

We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment. It is important that you are able to bring your authentic self to work every day. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. #LI-Remote #PostLI

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
