Senior Procurement Analyst

Overview:  The Senior Procurement Analyst is primarily responsible for review and negotiation of procurement requests for purchase categories such as hardware, software, SaaS and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage RFx’s;
• Achieve annual productivity targets within the Enterprise Procurement productivity framework;
• Perform spend analysis to support enterprise procurement requests, category and supplier strategy management; and
• Lead organizational capabilities of training existing procurement team, new hires, and contractors on enterprise procurement processes and policies.
• Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;
• Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;
• Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience overall Enterprise Procurement experience.
• Strong collaboration skills;
• Attention to detail and project management skills;
• Familiarity with Master Agreement terms and conditions;

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; and
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in procurement and contracting.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Sedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time);
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
• Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
• Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
• Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.
