Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts for our B2B initiatives. This includes designing new business products, customer portals, dashboards, and tools that empower business customers to manage their services across desktop and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about data visualization, efficiency, and information architecture, with a strong ability to transform complex data and features into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. You will collaborate closely with UX Research, Product Design leadership, and the Design Systems team to create seamless, validated, and scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities

• Lead design thinking workshops to gather insights, identify opportunities, and align stakeholders.
• Partner with the Product Design Manager and VP of Product Design to define and execute design strategy.
• Collaborate with UX Research to understand user needs, validate hypotheses, and refine solutions.
• Work with the Design Systems Lead to develop and maintain a scalable component library using atomic design principles.
• Co-author user experience requirements and actively participate in requirements gathering, story grooming, and program increment planning.
• Champion data-driven design, best practices, and productivity-enhancing methods.
• Develop and maintain a modular information architecture that supports intuitive workflows and feature organization.
• Deliver high-quality design assets for all B2B products and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, data visualizations, and workflow design.
• Proficient in Figma and/or Sketch, with 5+ years of experience using design systems and component libraries.
• Demonstrated experience in data visualization and dashboard design.
• Background in SaaS or enterprise product design is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience using JIRA for task and deliverable tracking.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and iconography.
• Skilled in both mobile and desktop interaction design patterns.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $133,661.00 - $219,586.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
