The CRM Record is the most viewed page across the entire HubSpot platform—serving as the single, unified source of truth for customer info with over 16 million daily users. As Senior Product Designer II for the Records team, you’ll lead the next evolution of how users understand, access, and act on critical customer context everywhere in HubSpot.
You’ll be the driving force behind a full redesign and modernization of our CRM Record’s visual and information architecture, collaborating across product teams to ensure powerful consistency and usability at massive scale. This is a highly visible, platform-defining opportunity.
This role demands senior-level product thinking, systems design, visual acumen, and bold innovation—setting the standard for information access and usability at the core of our platform.
In this Role, You’ll Get ToOwn and drive the full redesign of CRM Record: Lead strategy, vision, and execution on our highest traffic UI, consolidating all customer context and activities into a single, clear, and engaging surface.
Define the 360° Customer Profile experience: Architect the unified interface that brings together every detail, interaction, and relationship for each customer.
Elevate system and platform design: Partner with fellow platform teams to standardize design, ensuring modularity, extensibility, and platform cohesiveness.
Collaborate and align at scale: Synthesize feedback and build consensus among multiple senior stakeholders—even as you bring fresh vision to a product space with significant existing context.
Innovate beyond the incremental: Champion disruptive thinking with a focus on transformative leaps (including context-driven personalization, AI-powered context, and visual clarity)—not just small tweaks.
Set visual and information architecture standards: Shape how users perceive and process information, with meticulous attention to hierarchy, aesthetics, and an unwavering eye for detail.
Navigate complexity with autonomy: Take the lead on strategic decisions in an environment with many strong opinions and legacy involvement, partnering thoughtfully with long-time contributors as you drive things forward.
Have exceptional visual acuity and a portfolio of crafting experiences with flawless information architecture and hierarchy.
Demonstrate mastery of systems design for platform environments—comfortable building modular solutions and customizations for complex, enterprise-wide experiences.
Excel at information architecture and visual organization—displaying and sequencing data to maximize clarity, relevance, and delight.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
