Join us in creating an inspiring, vibrant community where people find connection and belonging through fitness.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team at SweatPals and focus on our Mobile App and SaaS platform. The Product Design team is crucial in our mission to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Our products support the growth of countless fitness communities and drive the adoption of SweatPals among users across the globe.

As a Senior-Level Product Designer, you will work closely with the design team, engineers, marketing and customer success team to tackle complex design challenges. You’ll create intuitive, data-informed experiences that engage users, streamline community building, and support our growth goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of fitness communities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • End-to-End Product Design: Lead product design efforts from concept and research to high-fidelity prototyping and post-launch iteration.

  • User Research & Testing: Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather insights and validate design decisions.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics) to refine user flows and measure the impact of design changes.

  • Design System & Guidelines: Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system for consistent user experiences across platforms.

  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams to align on vision and feasibility; mentor junior designers and advocate for best practices.

  • Agile Iteration: Embrace continuous learning—iterate on designs based on feedback, metrics, and user behavior.

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally with a track record of taking consumer products from zero to one and scaling them.

  • Extensive experience designing for web and native mobile apps, particularly in consumer-facing products. Experience with community or social platforms is a big plus.

  • A startup mindset: You are energized by a fast-paced environment, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of design excellence.

  • A deep understanding of the data-driven design process, with experience in cohort analysis, Amplitude, Google Analytics and other tracking tools to inform design decisions is a plus.

  • Top-notch design craft and ability to ideate rapidly and produce high-quality design concepts.

  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate your design decisions, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • A passion for user-centric design and a knack for balancing business impact with user needs.

  • A growth mindset and comfort with experimentation, learning from both successes and failures.

  • A collaborative, humble approach—you thrive in feedback-rich environments and enjoy helping others improve.

Why Work at SweatPals?

  • Impact: Have a significant impact on a fast-growing company in the fitness and wellness space. Work alongside a high-performing, passionate team.

  • Flexibility: We value a balance between performance and freedom. We’re a fully remote team with a culture that values work-life harmony.

  • Innovation: Take on challenging problems that push the boundaries of user engagement and growth in the fitness industry. Shape the way fitness enthusiasts connect and thrive.

  • Compensation: Competitive salary and stock options based on your experience, skills, and market trends.
