About Auzo
Auzo is transforming the way people experience vehicle service. Our technology connects customers, dealerships, service centers, and professional drivers to make vehicle pickup and delivery simple, convenient, and seamless.
Through the Auzo platform, customers can arrange for a professional driver to pick up their vehicle and deliver it to a dealership or service center for scheduled maintenance and services. Our growing driver network helps eliminate the time and hassle of getting a vehicle serviced, while giving professional drivers flexible opportunities to earn.
The Role
We're hiring a UX/UI Designer to own product design across the entire Auzo platform, from the apps our customers and drivers use every day to the portals our dealership partners rely on to run their business with us. Our business team decides what's best for the customer. You turn those decisions into a complete product. Engineering builds exactly that.
How the role works
Decide the logic. Our leadership team holds working sessions to make product and customer decisions. Those decisions stay with the people who know the business best.
Capture and design. You sit in those sessions, capture every detailed decision, and turn them into screens and flows, including edge cases and "what if" scenarios.
Review and approve. The team reviews the actual product before anything is built. Changes at this stage take hours, not weeks.
Build what was approved. Engineering receives complete, approved designs, so no UX decisions are made in code.
Check and ship. You review what was built against what was approved, so what reaches customers, drivers, and partners matches the original decisions.
Across every step, you keep the customer app, driver app, partner and business portals, and web consistent, so everything feels like one Auzo product.
What you'll do
Lead product design for the Auzo customer and driver mobile apps, from early concepts through launch
Design and improve our digital marketplace, making it simple for partners to request, track, and manage vehicle moves
Design partner and business portals that give dealerships clear visibility into jobs, status, and performance
Join working sessions with leadership and capture product decisions in detail, down to edge cases
Map and improve internal and user-facing processes, and design tracking tools that make operations easier to monitor
Create clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Present prototypes to leadership for review and approval, and turn feedback into quick iterations
Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma to keep the product consistent across apps, portals, and web
Work closely with operations, sales, partnerships, and other departments to understand their needs and design solutions that help the business scale
Partner with engineering through handoff, and review builds against approved designs before they ship
What we're looking for
4+ years of product design experience across mobile apps and web platforms or dashboards
Strong interaction and visual design skills, and the ability to explain your decisions clearly
A detail-oriented approach: you think through edge cases before anyone asks
Fluency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping
Comfort presenting work to leadership and taking direct feedback
Experience with marketplaces, logistics, or gig platforms is a plus
Why Auzo
Real ownership: your designs define the product across every platform
A small team where you work directly with decision-makers
A growing company expanding into new markets
