The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts for Apollo’s Extension and Mobile App surfaces, shaping the future of how users engage with Apollo across their workflows. These platforms are critical to extending Apollo’s value beyond the web app, delivering seamless, high-impact experiences that integrate directly into users’ daily tools and routines.

Designers at Apollo are trusted partners in shaping strategy, driving experimentation, and creating intuitive, user-centric experiences that deliver measurable impact. You’ll collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers, and other Designers to define and design the next generation of Apollo’s mobile and extension experiences, leveraging research and data to craft thoughtful solutions.

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence Apollo’s mission to be the all-in-one GTM platform, meeting users where they work and ensuring every interaction feels effortless and powerful.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design for Apollo’s Extension and Mobile App, ensuring both platforms deliver best-in-class user experiences tailored for quick, efficient, and high-frequency interactions.
  • Partner with PMs, Engineers, and Analysts to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities through research, data, and experimentation.
  • Design for scale and consistency by contributing to a cross-platform design system that seamlessly bridges web, extension, and mobile surfaces.
  • Create intuitive workflows for prospecting, outreach, and other core Apollo actions that users perform directly within the extension or on the go via the mobile app.
  • Explore and design AI-powered features that drive efficiency and provide intelligent, contextual support within extension and mobile touchpoints.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly, using user feedback and data to validate solutions and ensure designs meet both user and business needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a cohesive, integrated experience between mobile, extension, and Apollo’s web platform.
  • Advocate for the user by conducting interviews, usability tests, and leveraging behavioral analytics to inform design decisions.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience designing and shipping web or mobile applications, with at least 2+ years working on mobile or browser extension products (or similarly constrained platforms).
  • A strong understanding of mobile-first and browser-extension design principles, including responsive layouts, navigation patterns, and interaction models.
  • Familiarity with designing for React applications, ensuring solutions are scalable, modular, and platform-agnostic.
  • You have expert design instincts & best practice knowledge to translate user problems, user goals, business objectives and technical constraints into excellent product experiences to deliver quick turnarounds & shorten feedback loops.
  • You’re a self-starter that thrives while working in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have experience creating and maintaining components across multiple product surfaces in Figma.
  • You are a voracious learner, constantly trying to learn how to improve customer experience, drive core metrics. Continuously learns new industry standards, staying up to date with how to get the most out of modern design tools including Figma.
  • You have a passion for typography and copywriting and know how to write a simple, compelling microcopy to support your UI design.

The listed Pay Range reflects base salary range, except for sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commission/sales bonus targets and annual base salary for the role. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
