About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Head, Deposits and Liabilities in the US market, to lead a multi faceted role that will be both internal and external facing.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy - Defining quarterly road map for Tachyon Deposits and Tachyon ITP to support US Demand Deposits, Savings Accounts and Term Deposit Accounts
- Product Management - Assisting our central Product and Engineering teams to build and maintain the Zeta Tachyon Demand Deposit Platform
- Operations Strategy - Assisting Product and Operations teams to build capabilities and define SOPs for running Deposit Operations including Fraud Operations, Account Operations, Payment Operations.
- Integrations Strategy - Assisting Product teams to identify and integrate with relevant external vendors and networks including Origination, KyC/ IDV, AML, ACH, RTP, Zelle.
- Compliance Strategy - Assisting Product and Implementation teams to configure relevant regulatory compliance and reporting for deposits and liability accounts.
- Go-to-Market - Supporting Sales and Sales Engineering motions by delivering SaaS and platform pitches
- Engagement Management - Interfacing with Customer teams on ongoing projects for requirement gathering and subject matter expertise, as a part of the Implementation team
Skills
- Ability to translate market needs and regulatory requirements into product specifications and backlog items
- Comfort with customer-facing engagements and working with cross-functional GTM teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing)
- Ability to articulate complex technical products to business stakeholders
Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience (preferably 10+ years) leading Product Strategy and/or Implementation for Financial Service products
- Deep understanding of U.S. banking and payments ecosystem, especially around demand deposits, savings accounts, and term deposits
- Experience with issuer-side banking systems and transaction processing platforms
- Knowledge of core banking architecture, including both legacy and modern cloud-native systems
- Expertise in Deposit Operations, including fraud management, payment operations, account servicing, and compliance
- Familiarity with US payment rails and networks: ACH, RTP, Zelle, FedNow, Wire, etc.
- Experience in working with or integrating KYC/IDV, AML, sanctions screening, and fraud tools
- Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and reporting standards relevant to liability products in the U.S. (e.g. Regulation D, E, CC, DD, BSA/AML)
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to build and deliver complex financial products
