Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Comfort product area, define vision and roadmap, prioritize backlog, partner with cross-functional teams, use data to inform decisions, and drive launches and iterative improvements.
Hi, we’re Gravie. Our mission is to create health benefits that actually benefit small and midsize businesses and their employees. Our innovative benefit solutions and services are developed and delivered by a diverse group of unique people. We encourage you to be your authentic self - we like you that way.
A Little More About The role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Gravie’s Comfort (level-funded) Product team. In this role, you’ll own strategy and execution for a critical product area, driving high-impact outcomes for our members, customers, and internal teams.
This is a senior-level individual contributor role. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, shaping product vision, defining roadmap priorities, and leading cross-functional teams through execution. While you may provide informal guidance and influence across the Product organization, this role does not include direct people management responsibilities.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on product leader who thrives in ambiguity, leads with curiosity, and delivers measurable results in fast-paced environments.
You will:
● Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more product areas, from vision and roadmap through delivery, launch, and iteration
● Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned to company strategy and measurable business outcomes
● Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand problems and shape scalable solutions
● Define product requirements, write clear user stories, and prioritize the team’s backlog based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility
● Drive cross-functional alignment and execution to ensure roadmap commitments are delivered with quality and impact
● Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, measure product performance, and continuously improve outcomes
● Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, roadmap updates, and launch plans to stakeholders and leadership
● Influence without authority across teams, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused product culture grounded in Gravie’s values
● Contribute to improving product management best practices, tools, and operating rhythms across the organization
● Perform other duties as assigned
You bring:
● 5+ years of experience in product management, including ownership of complex, cross-functional product areas
● Demonstrated ability to independently drive product strategy and execution
● Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences
● Experience operating as a senior individual contributor within Agile development environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
● Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing short-term delivery with long-term product vision
● Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive prioritization and decision-making
● A track record of delivering user-centered, high-impact solutions
Extra credit:
● Experience in health insurance
● Experience in any of the following:
o Claims, Payment Integrity, Enrollment & Eligibility and Financial Systems
o Network, Insurance Product and Sales Enablement
o Digital Platforms - Member/Broker/Employer Services
