The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to oversee our Card program, the pinnacle of DailyPay’s consumer strategy. In this role, you will be a key driver in defining, building, and launching innovative products that drive enrollment and adoption of DailyPay as a Financial Hub. You should have significant experience in building and scaling consumer products, and ideally card, fintech and/or payments expertise. The ability to seek an independent work stream and drive progress in complex and fast moving environments is important.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to build and launch

  • Deeply understand our users and our business to discover the jobs-to-be-done

  • Synthesize customer insights into specific use cases and rationalized requirements

  • Work closely with engineering and design to solve key user problems

  • Define go-to-market strategy and lead its execution in partnership with product marketing

  • Set an ambitious roadmap for product expansion and user growth

  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product suite

What You Bring to The Team:
  • 5+ years of experience in software product management

  • Domain expertise in cards, fintech, payments or related areas

  • Experience launching and scaling consumer products

  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions

  • Empathy for users with a drive to discover and resolve their pain points

  • Owner’s mindset to investigate and resolve hard problems

  • Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-growing environment
