Senior Product Manager, Data Infrastructure

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Data Infrastructure initiatives—driving the vision, strategy, and execution for scalable, secure, and modern cloud data platforms. This role is instrumental in aligning technical innovation with business priorities by partnering with engineering, governance, and operations teams to deliver robust, enterprise-grade data products.
Summary
This position is ideal for a technically fluent product leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on understanding of cloud data platforms. You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensure engineering excellence, promote operational reliability, and uphold best-in-class data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for cloud data platforms in alignment with organizational strategy and Agile practices.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data governance, operations, and design teams to deliver high-impact features and platform enhancements.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle—from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from internal users; manage intake, triage, and backlog balancing to support both innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Champion best practices in release engineering, observability, and data governance.
  • Partner with governance stakeholders to enforce data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Support engineering execution by contributing to discussions on SDLC best practices, GitHub workflows, version control, and CI/CD strategies.
  • (Optional) Contribute hands-on to the development of Python microservices or cloud-native applications, including experimentation with LLM-powered features.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on data platforms, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Strong technical background with working knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and cloud-native data architectures.
  • Proficiency in Agile development practices and tools—roadmapping, story writing, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
  • Familiarity with Git-based code management and SDLC workflows.
  • Experience driving adoption of observability and monitoring practices across infrastructure products.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, including data security, privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with dbt, CI/CD pipelines, and modern data stack tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with dbt, CI/CD pipelines, and modern data stack tools.
  • Hands-on background in Python microservices or related cloud infrastructure development.
  • Exposure to or experience with integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise data products.
  • Prior experience as a software or data engineer is a plus.
