At Dragos, the mission is personal. The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running. Those critical infrastructure systems that power our civilization around the world are under attack every day by adversaries. When those systems fail, people are immediately at risk. We are the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, combining technology, threat intelligence, and expert services. The people here chose this work because they understand what is at stake. Here, you will find a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC built on authenticity, transparency, and trust. If safeguarding the systems that protect your family, friends, and community is the kind of work that matters to you, you are in the right place.

About the Role:

Dragos is seeking a senior-level Technical Product Manager to join the Delivery team, responsible for how the Dragos Platform is packaged, released, and delivered across every form factor it ships in, including artifacts for on-premises appliance, Dragos-hosted cloud, customer-hosted cloud, and hybrid deployments. This role owns the release architecture and communication strategy for Major, Minor, and Patch releases, maintains relationships with Microsoft, AWS, and Google that underpin each cloud form factor in every region Dragos operates, and ensures the Delivery and Cloud Services teams have the documentation, reference architectures, and release mechanisms they need to ship reliably. You will partner closely with Engineering, Technical Leads, other Product Managers, and Product Marketing to keep every release, upgrade, and artifact aligned across the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and publish documentation for both the Delivery and Cloud Services teams, covering the Dragos Platform's release processes, upgrade paths, and form-factor specifications.
  • Maintain relationships with Microsoft, AWS, and Google for their respective cloud environments and the Dragos Platform Cloud form factors in each geographic region.
  • Publish and communicate release notes for Major, Minor, and Patch releases through internal announcements.
  • Coordinate and manage the release mechanisms that make artifacts publicly available.
  • Develop and publish internal release architectures for each update, managing execution with Technical Leads and other Product Managers to ensure they are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate customer-facing reference architecture updates with Product Marketing to keep external materials aligned with each release.
  • Engage directly with customers and customer-facing teams to discover and validate use cases, gather feedback, and iterate on form-factor availability and flexibility of deployment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, make prioritization and trade-off decisions, and communicate requirements to Engineering with clear business rationale.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including experience in release management, technical program management, or platform delivery for enterprise software.
  • Strong technical fluency with cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, including regional deployment models and vendor relationship management.
  • Experience managing software release lifecycles across multiple form factors, including on-premises appliances, cloud-hosted SaaS, customer-hosted cloud, and hybrid deployments, plus versioning, upgrade paths, and artifact distribution.
  • Proven ability to write and publish clear technical documentation, release notes, and reference architectures for internal and customer-facing audiences.
  • Comfortable partnering directly with Engineering and Technical Leads to plan, sequence, and execute release schedules across teams.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to align release communications and reference materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Support, and executive stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of software packaging and distribution mechanisms, including artifact repositories, container registries, and appliance imaging.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent release streams across teams and geographies, and a willingness to travel (~10%) for customer meetings, conferences, or company events.
  • Direct experience with OT/ICS cybersecurity, either on the customer side or having built or supported an OT security product (a plus).

Compensation:

  • Salary:  $166,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
