Your role:

  • Lead operational product implementation for General Imaging Ultrasound — design and maintain catalog structures, part numbering and product configurations to enable accurate end-to-end ordering, fulfillment and billing.

  • Drive post‑release activities and sustaining programs: prioritize defects/enhancements, participate and lead cross‑functional issue‑management teams, and make ship/no‑ship recommendations to protect customer experience and business outcomes.

  • Act as the operational liaison across R&D, Service, Regulatory, Quality, Product Industrialization and back‑office teams to ensure market readiness, resolve operational queries, and steward sustaining release communications.

  • Own component lifecycle and catalog corrections to support obsolescence management, cost reduction, supply continuity and expanded product offerings that sustain and grow sales.

  • Manage DICOM Structured Reporting connectivity and integrations — maintain the connectivity website, coordinate with Enterprise Informatics and third‑party PACS/informatics vendors, and ensure data‑sharing readiness for new product introductions.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred) and 5+ years product/program management experience — medical device experience strongly preferred.

  • You have strong program/project management skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to set clear requirements (product, catalog), validate design quality, and partner effectively with catalog/ERP teams to resolve catalog and ordering issues.

  • You understand Quality Management System and regulatory requirements, can prioritize post‑release risk/defect remediation, and drive cross‑functional decisions in a global matrixed organization.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You are an effective communicator and collaborator who influences stakeholders across functions and geographies, with experience working with informatics/PACS partners or complex systems integrations.
