Build and continuously evolve the experimentation roadmap, using evidence and business impact to decide what to test, optimize, or invest in.
Analyze performance across channels, segments, and journey stages, partnering with Marketing when acquisition quality impacts conversion.
Take ideas from hypothesis through validation and measurement, using the right mix of experimentation, research, prototyping, and product changes.
Drive execution and delivery with Engineering from solution design through launch, managing scope, trade-offs, dependencies, and execution risks.
Continuously measure outcomes after launch and use learnings to inform the next set of priorities.
Customer Discovery & ExperienceBuild a deep understanding of customers through quantitative and qualitative signals, including behavioral analysis, persona development, and segmentation.
Use multiple data sources, challenge initial assumptions, and test alternative explanations before drawing conclusions or making recommendations.
Own the New Business customer experience, partnering with UX to improve flows, usability, and conversion.
Stay current on modern B2C UX patterns and trends to inform product decisions and improve conversion.
Senior Product LeadershipOwn the UX team roadmap, balancing needs and trade-offs across domains.
Independently drive strategic conversations and decisions with senior and executive leadership, presenting clear recommendations, trade-offs, and evidence-backed narratives.
Lead across a matrixed environment, aligning Product, UX, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and other stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
Communicate complex problems and insights clearly and concisely, adapting the narrative for executive, business, and technical audiences.
Work confidently with Engineering to understand system behaviour, technical constraints, dependencies, and feasibility when shaping product opportunities.
Use AI effectively across discovery, research, analysis, experimentation, decision-making, and delivery to improve the speed and quality of product work.
Support fellow Product Managers with growth analytics, experimentation, and measurement when needed, sharing practical guidance.
Requirements:
7+ years of Product Management experience, including 4+ years of direct Growth experience in B2C products.
Proven track record of driving measurable impact across acquisition, conversion, activation, experimentation, or transactional customer journeys.
Deep hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation, and the ability to independently investigate data and evaluate outcomes.
Strong discovery capability across behavioral analysis, customer segmentation, persona development, and quantitative and qualitative customer research.
Strong critical thinking and product judgment, with the ability to challenge data, assumptions, and competing narratives to reach evidence-based decisions.
Strong UX and customer experience judgment, with the ability to identify friction, challenge solutions, and partner effectively with UX.
Proven ability to operate independently, influence without authority, and drive decisions across senior leaders and complex cross-functional teams.
Strong working understanding of product architecture and system behaviour, with the ability to discuss dependencies, feasibility, and trade-offs confidently with Engineering.
Strong AI proficiency, with hands-on experience applying AI across product workflows beyond basic productivity use.
Proven ability to communicate complex product and data narratives clearly and concisely, including independently presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
