  • Partner deeply with Risk/Underwriting and Data Science to evolve decisioning, credit limits, and eligibility frameworks

  • Translate complex systems (e.g., credit models, repayment behavior) into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ship high-quality products quickly in a regulated environment

  • Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Risk, and Leadership on priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes

  • Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to continuously improve the user experience

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or lending

  • 2+ years leading a product from 1 -> 10

  • Proven track record of owning high-impact product areas tied to growth, retention, or risk-sensitive metrics

  • Strong product judgment with a data-driven, experimentation-first mindset

  • Experience working closely with data science, underwriting, or risk teams on decisioning or optimization problems

  • Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments and drive clarity, structure, and execution

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines

Nice to Have

  • Experience with credit products, underwriting systems, or consumer lending risk
