Redfin is revolutionizing the $75 billion real estate industry. We use data, beautiful software, and innovative design to put customers first at every step in the home-buying, selling, and renting process.

We’re evolving how we monetize our platform. Rather than relying solely on traditional programmatic ads, we are building modern, native experiences that connect users with trusted brands and services. Whether consumers are searching for movers, insurance, home repairs, or financial products, we want to help users solve real problems at key moments in their journey.

We are looking for a strategic, user-focused Senior Product Manager II to lead this transformation. In this high-impact role, you will define how Redfin connects buyers, renters, and homeowners with valuable services through integrated and intuitive experiences. Your work will make Redfin more useful across the homeownership journey while creating new, high-margin revenue opportunities.

You will work closely with teams across sales, design, engineering, and marketing to shape the product vision, identify partnership opportunities, and bring them to life. If you are excited to reimagine digital monetization on a platform that millions trust, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Lead the Vision
Own the full strategy and execution for Redfin’s advertising and native monetization products. You will serve as the subject matter expert, shaping how we deliver impactful ad solutions and partner integrations across the platform.

  • Build Seamless, High-Impact Experiences
Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed high-performing, user-friendly ad products and native monetization experiences into Redfin’s core journey helping connect movers, buyers, and homeowners with trusted services like insurance, home repairs, and moving solutions.

  • Drive Strategy and Collaboration
Work closely with teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Business Development, and Marketing to define the roadmap and deliver integrated solutions that benefit both users and advertisers.

  • Translate Opportunity Into Product
Evaluate new verticals and business opportunities, then transform them into intuitive, scalable, and valuable product experiences.

  • Optimize for Performance
Use a test-and-learn mindset to continuously improve product outcomes. Track key performance indicators that measure both advertiser value and user satisfaction while preserving a great experience.

  • Understand the Systems
Develop deep knowledge of the infrastructure behind our ads business including ad serving, targeting, revenue performance, and data integrations to ensure solutions are scalable and effective.

  • Own and Operate with Urgency
Bring creativity, ownership, and a strong sense of accountability in a fast-moving, startup-minded environment. Influence stakeholders at every level, including senior leadership, to champion your product vision and drive measurable results.

Who You Are

  • Proven Product Leadership
At least six years of product management experience, including building and shipping successful consumer-facing products. Experience in advertising product management especially within digital media, programmatic environments, or premium publishers is a strong plus.

  • Advertising and Ad Tech Expertise
Fluency in ad-tech fundamentals such as programmatic advertising, header bidding, first-party data strategies, Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and DSPs. You understand the mechanics behind scalable, revenue-generating ad products.

  • Customer-Centric and Strategic Thinking
You have a deep understanding of user needs and pain points and design solutions with empathy. You balance user value with business outcomes and can guide teams through complex trade-offs.

  • Analytical Mindset
Comfortable with A/B testing, performance metrics, and working with data to drive decisions—especially in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.

  • Business Focus
You’ve worked closely with business and revenue stakeholders and understand how to deliver value to advertisers without compromising the customer experience.

  • Strong Cross-Functional Influence
You’re a persuasive communicator who can align teams across product, engineering, design, sales, and operations—bringing clarity and momentum from vision to execution.

  • Startup Agility
You move fast, embrace ambiguity, and focus on impact, thriving in high-growth environments with limited resources.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation with a strong total rewards package that includes salary, bonuses, and stock grants.

  • Generous benefits, including flexible paid vacation, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and fully paid family leave to support work-life balance.

  • Supportive team culture to collaborate with smart, driven teammates, and a leadership team that’s genuinely invested in your growth and success.

  • A vibrant work environment to enjoy a fun, inclusive workplace with perks like free meals and snacks, happy hours, game nights, and hackathons.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.

Base Pay Range: $156,200.00 - 234,000.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.

We offer a generous benefits package including flexible vacation that supports the importance of time away from work for rest and relaxation, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, sick leave (accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked), medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits, flexible spending account, health savings account, life and disability insurance, fertility benefits, Employee Assistance Programs, and 401(k) employer match.#LI-Remote

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
