Founded in 2021, Jasper is a remote-first organization with team members across the US, France, and Australia.
About The RoleAs a Senior Product Manager, Integrations Ecosystem at Jasper, you will own the strategy and execution for how Jasper connects to the marketing tools and systems our enterprise customers rely on every day. Your mission: make Jasper an indispensable node in the customer's work loop — bringing critical context into Jasper and pushing finished work out of Jasper.
This is not a "build connectors and ship them" role. You'll be defining and evolving an integration architecture that spans MCP servers, direct APIs, and third-party platforms — making strategic decisions about build vs. buy, navigating dual-layer enterprise authentication patterns, and working through the security reviews, IT governance, and data privacy requirements that come with connecting to Fortune 500 tech stacks. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and product teams across Jasper to build a composable, scalable integration framework that serves our agents, workflows, and content surfaces — Grid, Canvas, and beyond.
This fully remote role reports to our Principal Product Manager and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
What you will do at JasperOwn the integrations product roadmap end to end — from discovery and prioritization (informed by customer workflows, lost-deal analysis, and strategic partnerships) through design, delivery, and adoption
Define the integration strategy across ingress (bringing external data and context into Jasper) and egress (pushing Jasper-generated content into destination systems like CRMs, DAMs, CMSs, and project management tools)
Make build vs. buy architecture decisions across MCP, direct API, and third-party integration platforms, evaluating each option against coverage depth, authentication requirements, maintenance burden, and enterprise readiness
Navigate enterprise-grade complexities, including dual-layer authentication (admin credentials + per-user OAuth), security reviews, SSO/SAML requirements, data governance policies, and IT procurement processes
Partner with engineering and design to create a composable, reusable integration framework — shared patterns like entity browsers, field mappers, and content previews that scale across integration categories rather than one-off, bespoke implementations
Collaborate with product teams across Jasper (Growth, IQ, Agents) who consume integration infrastructure to ensure their features have reliable, well-documented connectivity to build on
Work closely with technology partners and their developer relations teams to evaluate API capabilities, negotiate access, influence partner roadmaps, and ensure Jasper's integrations remain current
Define and track success metrics for the ecosystem — integration adoption, activation, workflow completion rates, and direct impact on customer retention and deal conversion
Engage directly with enterprise customers and their IT and marketing operations teams to understand real-world integration requirements, pain points, and workflow patterns
Must-haves:
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on integrations, platform/API products, or developer ecosystems in Enterprise SaaS
Direct experience building and shipping integrations that connect to enterprise systems (CRMs, marketing automation platforms, DAMs, CMSs, or project management tools) — you've dealt firsthand with the realities of inconsistent APIs, complex auth schemes, and enterprise IT requirements.
Strong technical fluency — you can discuss OAuth flows, API design, webhooks, MCP or similar protocols, data models, and system architecture with engineering teams and make informed trade-off decisions.
Experience navigating enterprise security and compliance requirements (ie. IT reviews, SOC 2, data residency, procurement)
Demonstrated ability to prioritize ruthlessly across a broad surface area, balancing customer-driven urgency with long-term platform investments.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — you've worked effectively with engineering, design, partnerships, sales, and customer success to deliver complex products.
Strong communication and storytelling skills — you can articulate a clear ecosystem vision to leadership, translate technical constraints for non-technical stakeholders, and write crisp product specs.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with marketing technology stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Semrush, or similar) and a working understanding of how enterprise marketing teams operate.
Familiarity with MCP or similar open standards for AI tool connectivity.
Experience evaluating or managing third-party integration platforms (Paragon, Workato, Tray.io, or similar) and making migration or consolidation decisions.
Background in or passion for AI/ML-powered products, especially agentic architectures where integrations serve as the hands and eyes of AI agents.
Experience with partner ecosystem development — building technology partner programs, co-marketing motions, or developer enablement initiatives.
Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment
