About PushPress

PushPress is building the Intelligent Industry Ledger for boutique fitness.

We’re transforming how boutique gyms operate — and how the entire $100B fitness industry connects, transacts, and grows. Trusted by 5,000+ gyms and 500,000+ members, PushPress processes over $500M annually and is backed by Altos Ventures and Mucker Capital.

We're evolving from a traditional business system of record into an AI-powered Industry Ledger — an intelligent infrastructure layer that brings order to a highly fragmented boutique fitness industry. By unifying disconnected operators, workflows, and data into a single platform, we’re enabling faster decisions, new business models, cross-gym collaboration, and network effects that increase the value of every studio in our client base.

We’re a global team of builders, operators, and fitness fanatics on a mission to level the playing field for fitness entrepreneurs. If you're ready to help reshape an industry — let’s talk.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a new AI-native product that reimagines how gym owners market and grow their business. This is a rare 0→1 opportunity: you’ll be responsible for building a product that eliminates complexity, automates decision-making, and drives real business outcomes for our customers—without requiring them to be marketers.

Today, over 1,600 gyms (and growing) rely on PushPress to manage and automate their marketing efforts. You’ll work alongside a small, high-agency team to take that foundation to the next level—creating intelligent tools that work for gym owners, not the other way around. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, ships fast, and wants to create something foundational using the latest in applied AI.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end development of a new marketing product for gym owners, powered by AI.
  • Design simple, intuitive experiences that help customers achieve growth without setup or complexity.
  • Use generative AI and LLMs to automate campaigns, content, customer communications, and more.
  • Own product discovery, roadmap, delivery, and iteration from zero to launch.
  • Talk to customers, test fast, and continuously refine toward product-market fit.
  • Set a high bar for execution, UX quality, and real-world impact.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years in product management, with experience leading 0→1 products.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, or SMB customer acquisition tools.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI and LLMs to products and customer problems.
  • Fast, scrappy, and customer-obsessed—you bias toward action and iterate in the wild.
  • Excellent communicator with strong product judgment.
  • Bonus: experience in vertical SaaS, creator tools, or building for small businesses.

Why PushPress

  • Build a product from scratch that will impact thousands of fitness businesses.
  • Work with the latest AI technologies in a practical, user-focused way.
  • Join at the ground floor of an exciting new product initiative.
  • Collaborate with a team that values both technical excellence and user impact.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
