Position Summary 

F5 Digital is seeking a Senior Product Manager experienced in Oracle CPQ to support the Customer Experience pillar for the Sales and Partner organization. This role owns product strategy and day-to-day execution for Oracle CPQ initiatives that enables Sales Quoting, Approvals, Order Booking, Amendments, Renewals and extensive Pricing and Asset Based Ordering within CPQ. 

The role partners closely with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Accounting &Finance and Engineering teams and operates within a broader enterprise ecosystem, including integrations with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), Oracle Fusion (ERP), PIM (PDH) and downstream analytics platforms. 

The ideal candidate is an end-to-end product leader with deep CPQ domain expertise who can balance strategic roadmap planning with hands-on Agile execution. This person brings a strong understanding of complex quoting, pricing, approvals, and revenue workflows, a metrics-driven mindset, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts to drive automation and improved quoting and selling experience. 
 
The Candidate should be willing to drive Agile delivery, shaping a prioritized team backlog, translating business needs into well-defined work (Features and User stories in ADO), and ensuring consistent stakeholder engagement through sprint planning, biweekly demos, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). 
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Backlog Ownership and Prioritization  

  • Owns and drives the Oracle CPQ product roadmap and backlog supporting Quote Creation, Approvals, Pricing, Discounting, Order Booking, Day 2 Operations on Assets – Amendments, Renewals, Asset Based Ordering.  

  • Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, and User stories with clear Acceptance Criteria. 

  • Prioritize work based on business value, revenue impact, urgency, technical dependencies, and risk. 

 

Agile Delivery and Execution 

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and execution cadence with engineering and stakeholders.  

  • Facilitate biweekly demos to validate outcomes, gather feedback, and adjust priorities.  

  • Maintain delivery predictability by managing scope and surfacing risks early.  

 

Stakeholder Management and Alignment 

  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for Oracle CPQ scope, sequencing, status, and release readiness. 

  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, and Partner teams to ensure solutions align with business needs. 

  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to align CPQ priorities within quarterly plans and enterprise roadmaps. 

  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies to support seamless end-to-end Business flow. 

 

Oracle CPQ Platform Delivery and Integrations 

  • Drive design and delivery of solutions across Oracle CPQ, aligned to platform best practices, governance, and performance standards. 

  • Own key CPQ workflows including product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, renewals, and amendments. 

  • Partner with integration, data, and enterprise systems teams to ensure connected experiences across Salesforce CRM, Oracle Fusion ERP, and downstream systems. 

  • Support scalable, complaint, and auditable quote lifecycle processes. 

 

Metrics, QBRs, and Delivery Transparency 

  • Maintain accurate backlog, sprint, and release reporting in Azure DevOps or Jira. 

  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with delivery insights such as points planned vs completed, throughput trends, predictability, and release outcomes.  

  • Use metrics and feedback loops to continuously improve execution, quality, and stakeholder trust. 

 

AI/ML Enablement Mindset 

  • Apply familiarity with AI/ML concepts to identify opportunities for automation and intelligence within CPQ and Order Booking processes (e.g., pricing recommendations, approval optimization, deal risk signals, guided selling). 

  • Partner with data, analytics, and architecture teams to define measurable outcomes and support responsible AI adoption. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Systems, or IT delivery roles in enterprise environments. 

  • Strong experience delivering Oracle CPQ solutions, including complex quoting, pricing, approvals, amendments, renewals, asset-based ordering. 

  • Proven Agile delivery leadership, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stakeholder demos, and iterative delivery. 

  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog, sprint, and release management. 

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to drive alignment across business and technology teams. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting end-to-end QUOTE TO CASH lifecycle processes (Quoting, Booking, Amendments, Renewals, Approvals, Pricing, Discounting). 

  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations across CRM, CPQ, ERP, PIM/PDH and analytics platforms. 

  • Experience in scaled Agile environments with multiple scrum teams and shared dependencies. 

  • Oracle CPQ, Agile, or Product Management certifications are a plus.

  • A well-maintained, prioritized Oracle CPQ backlog aligned to the most critical sales quoting and customer outcomes. 

  • Predictable sprint delivery with meaningful progress demonstrated every two weeks. 

  • Trusted QBR metrics and a clear narrative connecting delivery to business impact. 

  • Oracle CPQ solutions that measurably improve deal velocity, pricing accuracy, seller productivity, and partner experience—supported by reliable, scalable integrations.

The annual base pay for this position is: $134,400.00 - $201,600.00
