Who We Need

Truveta is rapidly building a talented and diverse team to tackle complex health and technical challenges. Beyond core capabilities, we are seeking problem solvers, passionate and collaborative teammates, and those willing to roll up their sleeves while making a difference. If you are interested in the opportunity to pursue purposeful work, join a mission-driven team, and build a rewarding career while having fun, Truveta may be the perfect fit for you.

This Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product vision for normalization, a foundational capability that transforms fragmented, messy healthcare data into clean, structured, and interoperable information. Your work will power downstream analytics, clinical research, and AI models across Truveta’s platform by ensuring the data is meaningful, standardized, and trustworthy.

You will define and drive products that map raw semi-structured and unstructured clinical data—spanning diagnoses, labs, medications, procedures and genomic data—into standard terminologies to enable scientifically rigorous research. You’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, data engineering, and AI/ML, delivering normalization pipelines that leverage advanced machine learning techniques. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires collaboration across engineering, clinical informatics, AI, and platform teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Own the strategy for normalization at Truveta. Define the roadmap to deliver high-quality normalized data to empower a broad set of customer use cases.
  • Data Quality and Measurement: Define and track success metrics related to normalization quality, including accuracy and coverage. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve normalization quality.
  • User-Centered Systems Thinking: Design internal normalization tools and systems with scalability, auditability and performance in mind.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across engineering, clinical informatics, AI/ML, compliance, and customer teams to deliver products that are technically sound and clinically meaningful.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear product narratives. Align internal and external stakeholders around normalization goals, impact, and roadmap.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on data infrastructure or healthcare data products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Experience collaborating with AI/ML teams, especially in data labeling, training, and model deployment workflows.
  • Deep attention to detail and systems thinking approach to solving complex, interdependent problems.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects with engineers, informaticists, and data scientists.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge clinical, technical, and business perspectives.
  • Comfortable working across distributed teams and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), knowledge graphs, or ontology management tools.
  • Experience working with EHR data, healthcare quality measures, or real-world data (RWD) platforms.
  • Training or experience in biomedical informatics, public health, or data science.
