If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

The Senior Product Manager/ Product Owner for Tableau.com will own the product roadmap for the Website Platforms that power Tableau.com.  Your focus will be on optimizing the website platform, integrating with and optimizing webagents on Tableau.com in support of Tableau’s digital strategy. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for defining the strategic vision and managing the day-to-day execution of product development for website platform enhancements and integrations. This includes defining and prioritizing features and functionalities that enhance user journeys, improve site performance, and support Tableau's overall marketing and sales objectives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Platform Services and Tools, Business Technology and Digital Strategy to ensure that the website platform for Tableau delivers measurable impact.  Your responsibilities will span from high-level strategy to detailed backlog management, ensuring a seamless transition from ideation to implementation.

This includes identifying platform improvement opportunities based on customer needs, industry trends, and Salesforce's strategic goals, along with onboarding key marketing technologies, including Agentforce based experiences, to the Tableau web ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver prioritized initiatives, balancing customer value, team health, and business outcomes. This includes defining and tracking success metrics throughout the development lifecycle, proactively addressing execution gaps and conflicts.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to define necessary use cases by understanding their pain points and business needs, translating insights into clear and actionable user stories and requirements. Champion user needs throughout the development process, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and scalable solutions that drive successful adoption.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply quantitative and qualitative data from various sources (customer feedback, analytics, industry insights) to inform decisions and improve the Tableau site experience. Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success, drive improvements, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Product Ownership & Agile Execution: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate closely with Experience Designers, Solution Architects and Platform Product teams to refine requirements, address technical constraints, and drive iterative development.  Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies to maintain development velocity and ensure continuous delivery of enhancements.
