🎯 Role: Founding Product Manager
We’re hiring our first Product Manager to help shape the future of Data Spend Optimization. You’ll work directly with the founders and engineering leadership to define the product roadmap, drive execution, and own the user experience end-to-end.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundational role, define category-leading products from scratch, and build at the intersection of DataOps, FinOps, and GenAI.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Own product discovery, roadmap, and execution for core features in collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
  • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand user pain points and convert them into elegant product solutions.
  • Partner with founders to translate vision into product bets, iterate quickly, and move fast.
  • Drive clarity on product priorities, trade-offs, and success metrics in an early-stage, high-speed environment.
  • Contribute to our company-wide strategy as a key member of the leadership team, influencing hiring, culture, and product philosophy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6-7+ years of Product Management experience with cloud-native, data, or infrastructure products.
  • Hands-on experience building products in domains like data platforms, observability, data engineering, or cloud operations.
  • An ownership mindset — you thrive in taking early products and scaling them with speed, structure, and customer obsession.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to engage deeply with engineers.
  • Experience working closely with users and rapidly iterating based on feedback.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.

🌟 Bonus Points For

  • Experience in early-stage startups or founder’s office roles.
  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with GenAI and its applications in enterprise software.
  • Prior exposure to PLG-driven SaaS products.
  • Deep knowledge of databases, data warehousing and related customer personas.

Join us at Revefi and help build the future of AI-powered DataOps from the ground up. This is your chance to leave a mark, shape a new product category, and grow with a rocketship.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
