At OneStudyTeam (a Reify Health company), we specialize in speeding up clinical trials and increasing the chance of new therapies being approved with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes. Our cloud-based platform, StudyTeam, brings research site workflows online and enables sites, sponsors, and other key stakeholders to work together more effectively. StudyTeam is trusted by the largest global biopharmaceutical companies, used in over 6,000 research sites, and is available in over 100 countries. Join us in our mission to advance clinical research and improve patient care.

One mission. One team. That’s OneStudyTeam.

Join our team as a Senior Product Leader to help us build the future of clinical trials. You’ll dive deep into complex industry problems, turning "good ideas" into great products that scale. This role requires more than just technical oversight; it requires a navigator comfortable with evolving priorities and a strategist who empowers our Sales and Success teams to win.

If you have strong judgment for trade-offs and a bias for action in the face of ambiguity, you’ll fit right in. Specifically, you’ll be the driving force behind bringing AI agents into the StudyTeam ecosystem, solving the industry's biggest bottleneck: patient recruitment and enrollment.

What You’ll Be Working On:
  • Directs the end-to-end product lifecycle - Plans, builds, launches, and scales impactful products within the StudyTeam ecosystem to transform clinical trials. This includes specifically integrating AI agents to automate and optimize patient recruitment and enrollment for clinical sites.
  • Plays a key role in defining solutions for complex problems - Navigates evolving priorities and deep-dives into industry challenges to turn conceptual ideas into scalable, innovative products. Takes decisive action in ambiguous situations and makes high-judgment trade-offs regarding product direction.
  • Champions cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to foster product growth in a dynamic market. Identifies product improvements and delivers resources that enable these teams to succeed.
  • Analyzes product performance - Tracks product adoption metrics and internalizes customer challenges to ensure solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes. Proactively identifies and mitigates risks while monitoring competition and market trends.
  • Communicates strategy and vision - Simplifies complex technical and market concepts to present clear, impactful strategies to executive leadership. Facilitates active listening and clear written/verbal communication to align internal teams with product goals.
What You’ll Bring to OneStudyTeam:
  • Experience: 6+ years in product management, ideally in tech.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, adept at navigating ambiguity. A proactive self-starter, comfortable forging solutions in uncharted territory.
  • Curiosity: A rapid, avid learner, inquisitive about the market, competition, customers, and strategy; driven to understand underlying problems.
  • Bias for Action: Value speed and decisive, intelligent risk-taking over excessive analysis.
  • Impact-Driven: Consistently deliver meaningful results, focusing on business outcomes. Own product success, align teams, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Empathy: Deeply internalize customer challenges, passionate about creating solutions they love.
  • Excellent Communication: An active listener who communicates with clarity, conciseness, and impact (written and verbal). Excel at simplifying complexity and can confidently present to executive leadership.

The expected salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 USD per year for full time team members.

We value diversity and believe the unique contributions each of us brings drives our success. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, religion, color, national origin, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
