Work Schedule: MUST be willing to work Eastern (EST) time zone hours, regardless of location.

About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead initiatives across our Brokerage, Mortgage, Title, and Wallet platforms. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one of our product squads, from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration. You will work with a strong engineering and design team to ship software that thousands of agents and their clients use every day.

This is a senior individual contributor role with real scope. You will set strategy for a meaningful slice of the platform, drive alignment with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations, and mentor other product managers as the team grows. The work spans transactions and commissions, broker oversight and compliance, AI agent experiences (Leo, HeyLeo, AiRM), payment and lending products, and a vendor marketplace expanding across North America.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a product area in Brokerage, Mortgage, Title, Wallet, or our AiRM / Leo AI platform.

  • Lead discovery with agents, internal operations, brokers, and external partners.

  • Turn what you learn into a prioritized list of problems and opportunities.

  • Write clear PRDs with one term per concept, testable acceptance criteria, and explicit out-of-scope sections. Walk them through engineering and design review.

  • Partner with UX to define flows, prototype, and pressure-test designs before build.

  • Run launch readiness end-to-end: feature flags, staged rollouts, internal training, support enablement, and marketing partnership when needed.

  • Define and instrument the metrics that matter (adoption, throughput, error rates, agent satisfaction, revenue) and use them to decide what to build next.

  • Make tradeoff calls on ROI, regulatory risk, technical debt, and time to value. Document the rationale so leadership can review it.

  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team craft: templates, prioritization frameworks, review rituals.

  • Demo to stakeholders, present at staff and leadership reviews, and represent product in cross-functional forums.

  • Our roadmap is organized around three pillars. Your work will sit inside one or more of them.

  • Platform Unification and AI Integration

Consolidating our brokerage, consumer, mortgage, and title experiences into a unified AiRM platform with intelligent client and agent profiles, powered by Leo (brokerage) and HeyLeo (consumer) AI agents.

  • Self-Service Automation and Operational Excellence

Iterating on automated team management (ProTeams, Sub Teams), role-based onboarding, payment processing, commissions, ICA modularization, and compliance controls. The goal is fewer manual touches and more scale.

  • Marketplace Scale and Revenue Expansion

Building Bring-Your-Own-Vendor (BYOV) and lending/wallet experiences that move us from high-touch, high-margin work into higher-volume distribution across the U.S. and Canada.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Residential real estate experience (commissions, compliance, e-sign, broker oversight) or fintech, mortgage, or title domain experience.

  • Experience launching AI or LLM features into production, with a working understanding of evaluation, guardrails, and what good looks like for an AI agent.

  • Experience within the marketplace or a two-sided platform.

  • Start-up or scale-up experience and real interest in residential real estate.

  • A track record of shipping software that moved business metrics, not just feature lists.

  • Able to read and interpret API contracts and data models, and effectively collaborate with engineering by asking the right questions and challenging assumptions when needed.

  • Proficient in SQL or similar data tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Mode) to independently explore data and answer product or business questions.

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a tech-driven environment, with at least 2 years owning a complex platform or B2B/internal products end-to-end.

  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or Master's in CS preferred.

  • Ability to produce clear, structured PRDs, decision documents, and launch communications. We value precise writing and a strong bias toward documenting decisions.

  • Able to operate effectively in evolving contexts where priorities shift quickly, and help shape direction through clarity, structure, and sound judgment.

How We Work: Our Operating Principles

Our Operating Principles are the blueprint of Real’s culture. They guide how we show up, make decisions, and bring our mission to life every day:

  • Be Agent Obsessed: We design every decision around creating value for our agents and their clients.

  • Move Fast with Purpose: We act with urgency, clarity, and focus—without compromising our standards.

  • Own Your Outcome: Effort matters, but results matter more. We adapt, learn, and improve.

  • Be Bold; Challenge Often: We challenge assumptions, rethink “the usual,” and push for smarter, simpler solutions.

  • Win Together: We set high standards, collaborate deeply, and celebrate shared success.

Additional Details:

  • Location Requirements: Candidates must be based in the U.S to be considered.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time.

Our Commitment:

Real Broker LLC is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and identities, and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital or family status, disability, citizenship, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
