Who You Are

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the conception to delivery of items on the product roadmap. You will work closely with stakeholders across all departments to understand and validate customer needs and workflows. With cross functional collaboration, you will be responsible for defining product requirements, product scoping, and conducting internal team and customer enablement training, including live presentations, demos, and documentation. 

What You’ll Do

  • Own the roadmap for a significant part of our feature set.
  • Engage with key external and internal stakeholders to identify and understand the product needs.
  • Drive adoption of features through close collaboration of stakeholders. 
  • Use performance data to inform decisions on build plans, and validate the success of features.
  • Become an expert in the platform understanding the value of our offerings, and the potential value of the offering.
  • Participate and/or lead internal training & education sessions on the product.
  • Champion the platform and products in any room you are in, while gathering intel on what is missing.
  • Be prepared to wear many hats, roll up your sleeves, and get your hands dirty
  • Deliver quality products iteratively in quick releases.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Background in digital marketing applications and how they are used by customers.  
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in product management within AdTech, MarTech or adjacent roles.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech platforms, MarTech, programmatic advertising, and media sales landscape.
  • Direct experience with any of the major marketing cloud solutions (Adobe, Snowflake, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Direct experience with integrations to multiple major digital ad platforms (Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.).
  • A year or more direct experience working with a global media agency.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive insights and decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and product sense.
  • Experience using AI as a support system to streamline your work.
  • Strong technical orientation to understand customer problems and provide the right recommendation.
  • Grit, a sense of adventure, and a willingness to learn and explore.
  • A passion for research, and direct exploration with customers.

What We Offer

Compensation

Annual base salary is anticipated to be between $120,000 - $165,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive equity and/or annual bonus pay based on individual and company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions and demands.
