We are seeking a highly passionate Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead our product initiatives, ensuring that our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Development: Drive initiatives to develop, deploy, and enhance our products in the Liquid Staking or Liquid Restaking space, ensuring they meet users' needs and align with market demand.

  • Strategy and Execution: Define and refine the product vision. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and product team members to create a cohesive strategy that drives growth and user adoption.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the product. Ensure all product decisions are data-driven and aligned with strategic goals.

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research on competitors and industry trends. Implement innovative features that keep our products competitive and ahead of the market.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management with experience in DeFi.

  • Passion for Web3/Blockchain: A genuine interest in blockchain technology, its impact on industries, and Liquid Staking or Liquid Restaking space.

  • Analytical and Research Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to conduct thorough market and competitor research.

  • Project Management: Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira. Ability to work across multiple projects while maintaining the structure and organization of the team.

  • Communication and Leadership: Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Innovation Management: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative features that differentiate our products from competitors.
