Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Atlassian is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the AI Marketing team, responsible for shaping the adoption and momentum of Rovo , Atlassian's flagship AI product. In this role, you'll sit at the center of product, marketing, and growth-driving strategy, informing onboarding, roadmap, and unlocking adoption through rigorous analysis and customer insight.
This is an ideal role for a PMM who is analytical, strategically minded, and passionate about bringing innovative products to market with customer focus. You'll own product performance, funnels, partner with product to influence strategy, and work across teams to ensure Rovo drives real customer value and sustained growth.
You won't just support GTM-you'll shape it, with a deep focus on data, conversion, experimentation, and storytelling that connects users to product value.
