What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on CoreWeave Kubernetes Service (CKS), you will own positioning and go-to-market strategy for CoreWeave’s managed Kubernetes platform for AI training workloads. You will translate complex platform capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives for AI platform leaders and platform engineers. Operating independently within a defined product scope, you will partner closely with product management and engineering to bring new CKS capabilities to market, scale consistent messaging across GTM motions, and improve how customers evaluate and adopt Kubernetes for training at scale.

About the Role:

Success in this role requires strong judgment, technical fluency, and disciplined execution. You will proactively seek customer insight, identify gaps in market understanding, and iterate on positioning over time to improve clarity and effectiveness. You will use data and feedback to demonstrate how your work contributes to platform adoption, deal progress, and competitive differentiation.

This role offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a critical part of CoreWeave’s training platform, working alongside experienced peers and leaders to drive focus, consistency, and momentum in how CKS is understood and adopted.

  1. Positioning & Messaging
    • Define differentiated positioning and messaging for CoreWeave Kubernetes Service (CKS) as a core part of the CoreWeave platform, with emphasis on AI training workloads.
    • Develop narratives and demos that clearly articulate when and why customers choose CoreWeave’s Kubernetes-based approach for training at scale.
    • Create compelling launch moments and persona-based messaging grounded in real customer use cases and competitive context.
    • Provide clear briefs and guidance to content and demand generation teams to scale messaging across the funnel.
  1. Customer Proof
    • Partner with customer-facing engineers, solutions architects, and customers to capture production use cases for CKS within AI training environments.
    • Create compelling case studies and customer validation assets that demonstrate platform outcomes for training workloads.
    • Collaborate with content marketing to carry customer proof forward across campaigns and sales motions.
    • Establish consistent mechanisms for capturing customer insight from high-value training deployments.
  1. GTM & Sales Enablement
    • Equip Sales and Solution Architects with outcome-focused deal kits, battlecards, and technical content that support platform and training-focused sales motions.
    • Scale messaging through selective partners where their technologies or workloads reinforce CoreWeave’s platform positioning for AI training workloads.
  1. Metrics & Measurement
    • Deliver updated messaging and positioning materials.
    • Demonstrate impact of internal GTM tools and assets with sales.
    • Map product marketing’s impact on deal velocity and contract value.
    • Demonstrate product marketing’s impact on platform adoption and retention.
    • Improve competitive win rates in Kubernetes, and training related opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, product management or GTM–ideally within cloud infrastructure, AI and machine learning, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to work directly with engineering teams and solution architects.
  • Proven track record of developing or shaping demos, reference content, and narratives that turn technical capabilities into customer adoption.
  • Experience working with customer journeys, use cases, and customer proof such as case studies or testimonials
  • Experience marketing platform or infrastructure products to technical buyers
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and scaled cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and cross‑functional partnership abilities with both technical and executive audiences.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with AI and machine learning products, platforms, or workloads.
  • Familiarity with large-scale AI training or research environments.
  • Experience marketing infrastructure or platform products, including Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, or GPU-accelerated systems.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
