  • Proven success in leading GTM strategies from planning through execution with measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of Security Assurance challenges and buyer behavior in mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, sales, and enablement teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfort working with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI) to drive research, copywriting, and campaign building.
  • Organized, highly autonomous, and excited by the opportunity to shape a rapidly growing product category.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of security, risk, and governance buyer needs

Benefits:

Drata is on a mission to serve as the trust layer between great companies.

Drata is a trust management platform that uses AI-driven automation to modernize governance, risk, and compliance, helping thousands of businesses develop a more secure, proactive, and risk-aware organization to continuously maintain trust with customers.

We all recognize the importance of earning and keeping the trust of our customers when it comes to protecting their data. We know how burdensome achieving and maintaining a strong GRC posture can be with the rise in compliance regulations. It’s a manual, redundant, error-prone, and unscalable process - and it only grows more complex and expensive over time.

Our team of SaaS, security, compliance, and audit experts have built a better way - with automation

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
