Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: USD 153000 - USD 199750
Zone B: USD 137700 - USD 179775
Zone C: USD 127800 - USD 166850
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for feature launches, including writing proactive and reactive messaging to position new products externally.
- Serve as a key product marketing partner to the Trello Product and Design teams, bringing customer, competitor, and GTM insights into the product development process.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Performance Marketing, Data Science, Design, Brand, and PR to drive clear goals, cohesive narratives, and on-time delivery for projects.
- Confidently execute on digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social that can deliver on marketing goals related to user acquisition and retention for Trello.
- Define and track success metrics for your campaigns and programs, using data to inform decisions, prioritize work, and communicate impact.
- Develop clear, insight-driven creative briefs and work efficiently with design partners to produce new visual assets like static or video ad creative, sizzle reels, how-to graphics, app store imagery, and sales collateral.
- Manage budget, procurement and operational asks to enable vendors and resourcing with care and velocity.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience working in tech product marketing
- Prior experience working on marketing for popular consumer tech platforms and apps
- Strong cross-functional collaborator comfortable managing diverse internal stakeholders
- Prior experience running digital campaigns and working with vendor agencies
- Prior experience developing messaging and launch strategies for product announcements
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for the Trello product
- Able to work efficiently and stay organized across multiple projects at a time
- Exceptional writing and editing skills-writing portfolios are welcome
- Available to work in the PST timezone
