The Position

CallRail is seeking a curious, strategic, and results-focused Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for AI-powered products within our SaaS lead tracking, engagement and insights platform.  This is a high-impact role for someone who is comfortable navigating shifting priorities, moves quickly from strategy to execution, and is excited to shape how businesses adopt and get value from AI.

You will be a key member of the CallRail marketing team and have the opportunity to work on a diverse set of projects, partnering cross-functionally across sales, product management, and marketing. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of your ideal customer, strong instincts for storytelling and differentiation, and a bias toward action and measurement. You will own performance for the areas you support, but your impact goes beyond the numbers. You will be expected to look around corners, identify opportunities and challenges before they become obvious, and push the organization toward better decisions for our customers and our business. The right candidate will be able to cut through complexity, distill what matters most, and turn a high velocity of new capabilities into simple, intuitive stories that help customers and sales understand the value and ultimately drive acquisition and adoption.

 What You'll Do
  • Own the positioning and messaging for CallRail’s AI products, serving as the expert on our buyers, market, and competitive landscape.
  • Own performance across your portfolio, using acquisition, adoption, conversion, and churn data to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Recommend pricing and packaging strategies that drive acquisition, product usage, and revenue growth.
  • Stay ahead of AI adoption, buyer trends, and the competitive landscape, proactively identifying opportunities and insights that shape product, go-to-market, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with Product to turn complex capabilities into simple, compelling narratives that connect individual features to the broader CallRail platform and customer value.
  • Analyze customer, product, and sales data to uncover patterns, define segments, size opportunities, and recommend where and how we should go to market.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, by collecting and synthesizing research, feedback, and product usage to uncover needs and influence product and GTM strategy.
  • Partner across Marketing and Sales to test messaging, promotions, segmentation, verticalization, and GTM strategies, then scale what works.
  • Enable Sales and Support with the messaging, training, and tools they need to clearly communicate customer value.
  • Lead go-to-market launches for new products and capabilities, aligning cross-functional teams from strategy through execution.
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence analyzing competitor's offerings to identify potential gaps, opportunities to differentiate, and contribute to CallRail's competitive intelligence.
  • Represent CallRail as an external thought leader through speaking engagements, written content, and industry conversations.
 What You'll Need
  • BBS/BA and 7+ years experience in strategic marketing or product marketing, ideally within MarTech, AI, or B2B SaaS. Experience with marketing attribution and SMB audiences is a plus.
  • Deep, proven expertise in market research, positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Track record of leading product & feature launches and GTM strategies that drive measurable revenue and adoption.
  • Strong strategic judgment, with the ability to cut through complexity, identify what matters most, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
  • Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Operate effectively in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment while maintaining strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with a talent for making complex products and ideas simple and compelling.
  • Extremely comfortable manipulating and analyzing large datasets, with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn large data sets into clear insights and strategic recommendations. Looker experience is a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional influence, with the ability to challenge assumptions, align teams, and shape decisions across Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership.
  • Strong prioritization and judgment, with the ability to independently balance competing priorities and focus on the work that will have the greatest impact.

If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
