If you’ve been looking to join a fast-growing startup with a bold vision of a world where doing good is built into everything we do, then you’ve found the right place.

Backed by General Catalyst, the same investors behind Stripe and Airbnb, we’re building something truly extraordinary.

Our Mission

Our mission at Goodstack is to revolutionize how the world does good 🌎.

As a fast growth, AI-native social impact startup, we power global change through technology. We enable companies to seamlessly integrate positive impact into what they do through a unified platform while supporting nonprofits in gaining access to cutting-edge technology and finding new funding streams.

Global brands, including Google, OpenAI, TikTok, LinkedIn, HSBC, Atlassian and Twilio - as well as thousands of nonprofits, including the Red Cross, Cancer Research, and Oxfam - use Goodstack to make a difference.

In 2025 alone, we facilitated $5 billion in donations to good causes. But this is just the beginning. We're building the world’s leading platform that powers donations to nonprofits globally.

To keep our momentum and deliver consistently high value to our partners, we need incredible people to help us on our journey – we need you 🫵

Join us as Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the story of how enterprise technology unlocks real-world good!

We’re looking for an exceptionally strategic, AI-native, and systems-thinking Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how Goodstack shows up in the market, across both the enterprise and nonprofit sides of the business. In this role, you’ll shape and drive Goodstack’s go-to-market narrative, from product storytelling and launches to campaigns, sales enablement, and customer proof points. You’ll work across both our enterprise GTM motion and our nonprofit ecosystem, positioning different audiences with one mission. If you have a B2B SaaS or impact-tech background, love translating complex products into clear, compelling narratives, and want to work for a company making a hugely positive societal impact, this could be the perfect role for you!

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, your mission will be to:
  • Own day-to-day go-to-market messaging across products, launches, and campaigns, ensuring everything feels cohesive, modern, and outcome-oriented.

  • Translate product innovation and customer use cases into compelling narratives across email, social, website, landing pages, and sales collateral.

  • Drive end-to-end launch and campaign execution across multiple channels, moving quickly from idea to market.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, leadership, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.

  • Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks across Goodstack’s enterprise and nonprofit solutions.

  • Create and evolve sales enablement materials, customer proof points, and use-case narratives.

  • Shape Goodstack’s nonprofit ecosystem positioning and community storytelling alongside the Product and Engineering teams.

  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase speed, scale, quality, and campaign execution efficiency across the marketing function.

After 6-9 months, success will look like:
  • Goodstack’s messaging is noticeably clearer, sharper, and more outcome-oriented, so customers quickly understand what we do and why it matters.

  • Product launches and campaigns feel cohesive, differentiated, and move quickly from idea to execution.

  • Sales teams are equipped with clear, compelling narratives and enablement materials that close deals.

  • Marketing output and execution velocity have increased significantly through smart use of AI and scalable workflows.

  • Goodstack’s nonprofit ecosystem positioning is clearly articulated and resonates with the right audiences.

This role is a perfect match for you if you have:
  • 5-8 years in product marketing, go-to-market, content marketing, or strategic marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, impact tech, or AI-native companies.

  • Experience launching products or integrated campaigns at high velocity.

  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging instincts; you can simplify complex products into clear, compelling customer value.

  • A bias for execution: you own projects end-to-end, move fast across multiple workstreams, and sweat the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.

  • Experience building and running integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and sales channels.

  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to think across both enterprise GTM and community/ecosystem narrative.s

  • Deep fluency in AI tools and an AI-native way of working. You think in systems, move fast, and use AI as a force multiplier, not a nice-to-have.

Bonus if you have:
  • A track record of working closely with founders or executive teams in fast-moving environments.

  • A point of view on category creation, thought leadership, and earned media, and how to build share of voice over time.

  • Strong perspective on modern B2B storytelling, positioning, and customer engagement.

  • Experience building community or ecosystem-driven narratives.

  • A genuine love of language, you write with clarity, personality, and a point of view.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
