Summary of Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead strategic CRM initiatives focused on enhancing our sales processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This role demands deep expertise in sales process design, CRM systems, and stakeholder engagement. You will own the product backlog, drive the roadmap, and collaborate across functions to ensure that CRM enhancements align with key business goals and deliver measurable value.
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the CRM product backlog, ensuring alignment with sales and business priorities.

  • Write, prioritize, and refine high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.

  • Lead discussions with sales leadership and frontline teams to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.

  • Partner with developers, QA, and business analysts to deliver scalable, user-friendly CRM enhancements.

  • Guide UAT and release readiness, ensuring business adoption and smooth deployment.

  • Analyze post-release results and iterate on features to continually optimize the sales process.

  • Contribute to CRM roadmap development, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and integration.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM and sales operations.

  • Deep understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Proven success in owning and delivering complex CRM features end-to-end.

  • Strong command of Agile practices, with hands-on experience in backlog management and cross-functional team leadership.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience working with Power Platform, Power Automate, or Power BI is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating CRM with other platforms (e.g., CLM, ERP, CPQ).

  • Strong familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.

Expected Salary Range

$119,300.00 - $225,900.00
