Pricing Strategy Manager

About the Role

NiCE is seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Pricing Strategy Manager to shape the evolution of our global pricing and monetization strategy, with a strong focus on AI-led offerings and next-generation SaaS business models.

As AI and consumption-based economics redefine enterprise software, pricing has become a core strategic lever. This role will help define how we package, position, and monetize AI capabilities, subscription models, and usage-based services - ensuring alignment with market trends, competitive dynamics, and long-term growth objectives.

This is a high-impact, executive-facing role focused on defining direction.

What You Will Lead

Strategic Pricing & Monetization

  • Define global pricing and packaging strategy across the NiCE CXone portfolio
  • Architect monetization pricing models for AI capabilities
  • Develop scalable frameworks for subscription, hybrid, and value-based pricing

Market & Competitive Strategy

  • Benchmark pricing, packaging, and monetization models across global competitors
  • Identify strategic differentiation opportunities
  • Translate customer and market insights into pricing strategy recommendations

Executive Partnership & Influence

  • Partner with global executive stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Strategy
  • Present pricing direction, scenarios, and trade-offs to senior leadership
  • Lead strategic discussions on AI monetization, growth acceleration, and commercial positioning
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that shape long-term commercial decisions

Financial & Strategic Modeling

  • Build advanced revenue and margin simulations to assess pricing scenarios
  • Evaluate growth vs. margin trade-offs
  • Analyze elasticity, segmentation, and long-term revenue impact

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Pricing Strategy, Monetization Strategy, Corporate Strategy, or top-tier consulting
  • Experience in SaaS / enterprise software; AI monetization or usage-based pricing experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience defining pricing strategy at a global level
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership
  • Deep commercial intuition and structured problem-solving skills.
