Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Program Manager for Professional Training & Development at our DISH Technologies Englewood, CO location. This pivotal role involves overseeing and enhancing training and development programs across all divisions within DISH Technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management with a strong focus on leveraging training data to drive strategic decisions and outcomes. The Senior Program Manager will be part of the DISH Technologies Program Management office (DT & PM) and will play a key role in shaping the future of our training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Program Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies to advance training and development objectives across the organization. Leverage training data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive program enhancements
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze training data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for new initiatives. Use data to forecast needs, measure program effectiveness, and drive strategic adjustments
  • Enhanced Program Design: Oversee the creation and refinement of advanced training content and instructional design principles to ensure programs are impactful, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Advanced Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business strategy and objectives
  • Optimized Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to maximize the impact of training programs. Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively
  • Mentorship and Professional Growth: Lead and expand a mentorship program designed to support and accelerate professional growth across all levels of the organization
  • Risk and Change Management: Proactively manage risks associated with program implementation and adapt to changes to maintain program integrity and effectiveness
  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all training and development initiatives comply with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • BS/BA Degree Desired
  • 5+ years of experience in program management with a focus on training and development, including experience with data-driven decision-making

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic program plans that align with organizational goals
  • Advanced skills in analyzing training data, reporting, and leveraging analytics to drive program improvements
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated capability in resource allocation and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in instructional design and content development is highly desirable
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
