Job Description:
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to help establish DTN’s Program Management Office (PgMO) and lead delivery of strategic initiatives across our enterprise. This high-impact role will partner with business and product owners, project managers, and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes through effective planning, governance, and oversight.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of complex programs by coordinating workstreams, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining a clear view of progress across the program portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to shape PgMO best practices and deliver meaningful change across DTN.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Lead the planning and execution of outcome-driven programs, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, capacity, and financials
Ensure project alignment across functions by coordinating governance, managing interdependencies, and resolving blockers
Develop and maintain program documentation, KPIs, and reporting dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability
Drive effective change delivery by implementing scalable governance structures and supporting PgMO processes and standards
Partner with business leaders to understand demand, align priorities, and ensure successful transitions to operations
Engage with cross-functional teams, internal IT groups, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery
Provide regular updates and insights to executive sponsors and stakeholders, including the Business Owner and Senior Leadership Team
Support resourcing decisions and team capacity planning within and across programs
What You Will Bring to the Role:
5+ years of program/project management experience, including large-scale, multi-vendor, and enterprise-level initiatives
Proven success influencing and communicating with senior leadership and external partners
Strong background in delivering change in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Hands-on experience with PPM tools such as Wrike, Smartsheet, or similar
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset
Ability to lead, coach, and align diverse teams toward shared goals

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $78,750 and $105,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
