About the role

As a Senior Program Manager in the Marketing PMO, you will accelerate the impact of our marketing teams by leading high-priority initiatives and campaigns. You will design and implement scalable processes, influence cross-functional partners, and drive clarity in complex, fast-paced environments. Your work will directly contribute to organizational efficiency and the success of Zillow’s marketing strategy.

You Will Get To
  • Lead high impact go-to-market campaigns and key projects, including the integration of generative AI tools into workflows.

  • Anticipate and manage cross-functional dependencies, ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery of projects.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, agility, and scalability across the Marketing organization.

  • Lead change management efforts and communications for new processes, tools, and organizational shifts.

  • Establish and track program KPIs, milestones, and success metrics, providing actionable reporting to leadership.

  • Drive the Project Management Center of Excellence by developing best practices, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources.

  • Design and execute mechanisms to align annual planning with Marketing’s “Always On” operating model.

  • Facilitate retrospectives and generate recommendations to continuously improve Marketing team effectiveness.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $103,500.00 - $165,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are
  • 7+ years of project and program management experience, delivering results for large, cross-functional teams; marketing experience is preferred.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives in ambiguous, matrixed environments and balancing stakeholder needs.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to distill complex information clearly.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using operational data to drive efficiency and process improvements.

  • Proven ability to lead organizational change and implement scalable processes and automation.

  • Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and G Suite.

  • Experience implementing AI tools into organizational workflows is a plus.
