The Business team, which sits within this organization, provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive new initiatives forward. The Difference You Will Make:

As a Senior Programs and Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and new initiatives for Airbnb’s stays business. You will be responsible for co-developing and executing innovative strategies that align cross-functional teams, enabling high-impact growth. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to support multiple priorities will be crucial to your success in this role.

A Typical Day:

  • Operational Excellence: Leverage your analytical skills to translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans that enhance the performance of our stays business, and build efficiency into our systems.
  • High-Impact Contribution: Contribute to complex and time-critical projects for leaders by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritized approach for resolution.
  • Actionable Insights: Execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, marketing, sales operations, and supply, to achieve shared objectives that deliver meaningful business results.
  • Executive Support: Contribute to executive communications by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways.

Your Expertise:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and deliver insights to broader team
  • Familiarity with database query, statistical analysis, and/or SQL coding.
  • Outstanding spreadsheet modeling and presentation production skills.
  • Effective problem-solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data driven, can do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions.
  • Capable of self-learning and developing tools to enhance processes, interpreting business risks, and recommending best practices.

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
