Euclid: Where Projects Take Shape

Reporting to a Program Manager and the Director of Development, the Senior Project Analyst will join our Services Team where you’ll support capital markets and development-phase client engagements focused on solar and energy storage projects. You’ll help drive execution of financing transactions, streamline diligence workflows, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the project lifecycle. This is a hands-on, high-growth role for someone eager to deepen their expertise in renewable energy development and finance while helping shape the future of clean energy infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Support high-impact client engagements by working on development and finance transactions alongside senior project managers and cross-functional client teams.
  • Coordinate transaction execution by managing documentation, diligence workflows, and stakeholder communication with investors, lenders, advisors, and legal teams.
  • Streamline tools and workflows by improving project management tools and templates to boost efficiency across financing transactions.
  • Contribute to product development by offering subject matter expertise and feedback to Euclid’s Product team to shape software solutions for renewable energy developers and investors.
  • Grow as a leader by learning from a top-tier team and progressively taking ownership of projects, clients, and strategic initiatives within the Development vertical.

Who You Are

  • You have 4+ years of experience in renewable energy project development or finance, with direct involvement in capital markets transactions.
  • You understand project financing and diligence, including the needs of stakeholders like lenders, investors, and advisors.
  • You bring strong analytical skills and are comfortable with financial models and risk evaluation frameworks.
  • You’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
  • You’re a natural communicator with the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and project teams.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tax equity, transferability structures, or debt financing mechanisms
  • Experience working on storage or hybrid projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or project management

How You’ll Be Compensated

The starting base salary for this role is between $100,00 and $120,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
