Senior Project Management Specialist

Boeing’s Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 4) to join our Value Stream Integration (VSI) Team. This hybrid position will be located in Seattle, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent projects with moderate to high complexity and risk, involving various business areas and stakeholders

  • Oversee, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and programs

  • Consult on integrated planning, scheduling, change management, and baseline management processes to align with industry best practices

  • Collaborate daily with engineering, analysts, and cross-functional teams to develop program plans and schedules, ensuring smooth delivery of business solutions

  • Demonstrate expert project management skills, including communication, project planning, risk management, and capacity planning

  • Educate teams on project management best practices and secure buy-in

  • Maintain executive-level relationships to drive initiatives in a loosely defined system

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring effective communication

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in project management

  • Experience in technology program management

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

  • Skilled in evaluating and analyzing contracts with technology vendors

  • Experience managing Application Programming Interface (API), EDI, or Webhook requirements in collaboration with development teams

  • Working knowledge of structured and unstructured data types

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Services (GCS)

  • Ability to work with both agile and waterfall methodologies

Desired Qualifications (Preferred Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with agile practices like Scrum and Kanban

  • Proven track record of establishing new development teams

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitLab

  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)

  • Experience delivering executive briefings and presentations

  • Experience with Project Web App (PWA)

  • Facilities or real estate related experience
