At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we deliver improved patient outcomes at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions.

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager, EHR User Integrations for the Counterpart Assistant team. You will be a critical team member, helping onboard new users with EHR integrations and upgrading existing users to our latest integrated experiences. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, serve as the primary point of contact for our users, and coordinate and execute technical integration details.

In this role, you will be accountable for user EHR integrations and collaborate across the entire organization to ensure success. The ideal candidate will be an expert in project management, understand EHR application integrations, be capable of click-ops level technical work, and have a passion for fostering successful user relationships.

As a Senior Project Manager, EHR User Integrations, you will:

  • Partner cross-functionally with nearly every department to support successful integrations.
  • Develop end-to-end project plans and playbooks for each of our EHR integrations, as well as monitor, track, and coordinate multiple simultaneous projects across our customer base.
  • Quantify the progress and quality of our integration implementation program; if you cannot measure it, you cannot demonstrate how you have improved it.
  • Be accountable for the outcomes of integration implementation programs, finding solutions to problems and enabling successful implementations.
  • Use your technical abilities to monitor and address issues as they arise during integrations, ensuring users have seamless integration experiences.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Over the first 90 days, you will hit the ground running. We are actively engaged in integrations, and you will shadow and participate in those integrations to learn the process. The goal of the first 90 days is to understand the various elements of the integration process (user coordination, identifying key stakeholders in practices, learning the integration process for a user, understanding the dynamics of our internal user management platform) and create the playbook for subsequent integration phases.
  • Within the first 6 months, success will be measured by upgrading a significant portion of our existing users to our latest EHR integrated experiences. This will be managed as a project across our MSO and with our Provider Success Associates, ultimately improving the user experience.
  • Over time, performance will be measured based on the consistency, speed, and on-target delivery of our customer integrations. As we onboard new customers with various EHRs in their networks, you will be accountable for working within the timelines of those integrations and ensuring a smooth go-live process for each user.

You should apply if:

    • You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
    • You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working with EHR integrations.
    • You are an expert in project management processes.
    • You are technical enough to troubleshoot and complete a web-based EHR integration autonomously.
