Lead and manage IT project portfolio end-to-end: define scopes, develop roadmaps, run lifecycle management, mitigate risks, optimize team workflows, and drive process improvements. Collaborate with the Technology Director on Technology Operations, Cybersecurity, communications (Zoho, Google Apps), facilities integration, and bid support, while maintaining documentation, compliance, and post-mortem improvements.

As a Project Manager, you will define project scopes, manage the project lifecycle, and ensure effective task delegation. You'll optimize team workflows and collaborate with the Technology Director on process improvements. Key projects include Technology Operations, Cybersecurity, and communication management.
- Project Scoping and Planning: Define project scopes by gathering requirements from stakeholders.Also, Develop project roadmaps to enhance IT capabilities aligned with organizational growth.
- Project Management: Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring documentation is maintained.
- Identify and mitigate risks for smooth project execution.
- Manage multiple projects across a broad portfolio.
- Conduct post-mortem evaluations and implement improvements.
- Team Leadership and Optimization
- Optimize team workflows for efficient task assignment and tracking.
- Guide team members on project management practices.
- Lead meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Development and Improvement
- Collaborate with the Technology Director and teams to develop efficient processes.
- Enhance systems for easier project management and delivery.
- Provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
- Support and Compliance
- Support the technical and digital departments with project management.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist with client interviews for Project Managers as needed.
- Technology Operations and Cybersecurity projects.
- Internal and client communication management (Zoho, Google Apps).
- Facilities expansion, asset management, and integration projects.
- Support for public and private tenders/bids.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects.
- Strong understanding of PMI principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and MS Project.
- Demonstrated experience with reporting BI tools (tableau, PowerBi)
- PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with software development is a plus.
- Experience with Six Sigma and lean methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of facilities management, construction, and related industries is advantageous.
