As a Senior Project Manager at Polly, you will own the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, helping lenders successfully adopt our modern, cloud-native capital markets solutions. You bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset to every engagement, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and long-term customer success.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and deliver multiple customer SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go live.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned delivery and timely resolution of project issues.
  • Lead customer onboarding calls, develop and maintain project plans, and track against key milestones.
  • Identify and escalate project risks or blockers, recommending mitigation strategies where needed.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and documentation to support a scalable implementation framework.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What you have:

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Experience in mortgage tech or financial services is a plus.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
