Role Overview:We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives at the intersection of internal technology, financial systems, and ongoing technical project delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, can bring structure to ambiguity, and is energized by driving projects that directly influence company-wide outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
In the near term, this role will play a critical part in leading our IT General Controls (ITGC) program—ensuring audit readiness, managing cross-functional testing cycles, and strengthening operational rigor across the organization. In parallel, you’ll drive strategic technical and business initiatives that span across our financial systems and enable scalability for our growing company.
This role sits within Global Business Operations and reports directly to the Senior Director, offering strong visibility and influence. Over time, this position is expected to transition into the Project Management Office (PMO), making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a broader program leadership role.
Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Drive business critical projects to completion, owning discovery to delivery and holding yourself and the project team accountable to meeting timelines Demonstrate exceptional project management skills through building and managing integrated project plans across teams, aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources
Act as a key partner to leaders within IT, Finance, and other operational stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans
Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and keep initiatives on track in fast-moving environments
Deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and drive alignment on priorities and outcomes
Identify and implement improvements to project delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration
Support best practices in project management and help elevate capabilities across teams
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs
Proven ability to lead enterprise-level initiatives from planning through execution
Strong experience managing technical and cross functional projects with IT enterprise and financial stems in scope (e.g. ERP, ITGC)
Exceptional communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ITGC, audit, or compliance-related programs
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and Excel
Background in high-growth or scaling organizations

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$96,000 and $144,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
