We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects. This role requires a professional with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to successfully deliver complex initiatives, including manual line production and validation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
- Oversee projects related to manual production lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with operational standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute validation projects, ensuring all requirements and regulatory expectations are met.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges clearly and effectively.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience managing diverse projects, including production line, validation, and technology implementation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Familiarity with validation processes and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
